The aim was to provide higher quality content for their customer base, better highlighting and recapping events, new seasonal product launches, and improving community relations through transparent 'day-in-the-life' reels.

As the different branches each had their own unique atmosphere, due to interior design and staff, I took it into consideration when creating the images. Though it may seem inconsistent on social media, I feel that it encapsulates the variety offered by the cafe.

Working closely with the general manager, we had produced a brand development strategy to utilize the network and connections available to the cafe to extend its opportunities outside of the food industry.
